Lane closure planned on US 50 in Dearborn County – WRBI Radio

(Dearborn County, IN) – Indiana Department of Transportation contractor ASC Group, Inc. is scheduled to reduce westbound US 50 to one lane approximately two miles east of Greendale beginning Wednesday, November 6 to complete excavation work in Dearborn County.

Westbound US 50 is expected to be reduced to one lane Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., for up to two months, weather permitting.

This work is part of a $1.7 million contract awarded to John R. Jurgensen Company in April 2023.

INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, use extra caution, and avoid distractions when traveling in or near work zones.

All work is weather dependent and schedules are subject to change.
