West Fargo man arrested for DUI in Dairy Queen drive-thru line

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A West Fargo man was arrested in the Dairy Queen drive-thru line after police said he was driving under the influence.

On Sunday, October 27, Fargo Police responded to reports of a drunk driver in the 1400 block of 45th Street in South Fargo.

They said the driver, Jordan Dietz, 27, was driving erratically and nearly crashed into several vehicles.

Police caught up with Dietz in the drive-thru line at Dairy Queen, located at 4015 45th Street, and arrested him for DUI.
