Man Utd News: Have your opinion about Alejandro Garnacho

Alejandro Garnacho will be happy that his Manchester United teammates kept their nerves against Ipswich, but it was a night to forget it individually.

The 20 -year -old was the one who detected the collateral damage of the Patrick Dorgu red card when it was replaced by Noussair Mazraoui just before part time. Some in Old Trafford were surprised that it was Garnacho who was removed instead of Rasmus Hojlund.

Instead of joining his teammates at the bank, Garnacho followed Dorgu through the tunnel, which has scrambled the feathers of some of the loyal losses. An image he published in his Instagram history after the self -addressed the tunnel has only added fuel to the fire later.

Garnacho’s behavior remembered some of a preseason game in 2022 when Cristiano Ronaldo left Old Trafford early after being replaced in part time. Ronaldo’s actions were more possibly more controversial than those of Garnacho, but since the Argentine has not hidden Ronaldo in the past, has he followed his hero too closely?

Erik Ten Hag warned Ronaldo about his behavior in the preseason, but that did not prevent him from refusing to be a substitute in a league game against Tottenham a few months later. This sequence of events was the beginning of the end of his second period in United, which ended with the termination of his contract in November 2022.

Ruben Amorim told the media after Wednesday’s victory that he will talk to his player in private about Wednesday’s incident, and it is not the first time he has taken problems with the extreme. Only two months ago Garnacho was abandoned for Manchester derby, but the exact reasons for that omission are not yet clear until today.

If Garnacho leaves the line again, as his hero did three years earlier, it could be curtains in his career in Old Trafford.
