Three men arrested by a shooting that seriously left a nine -year -old girl

Three men have been arrested for a conspiracy to kill a shooting that left a nine -year -old girl with injuries that change their lives.

The girl was having dinner with her family in a restaurant in Kingsland High Street in Dalston, East London, on the night of May 29 of last year, when she was seriously injured in the incident.

The Metropolitan Police said Thursday that three men, 36 years old, 35 and 28, were arrested in the early hours of Tuesday and were released on bail waiting for greater investigation.

Scotland Yard confirmed that the girl’s family has been informed of the arrests and continues to be supported by specially trained officers.

Three other men were injured in the shooting, the force added.

The chief inspector of detectives Ben Dalloway, who directs the investigation, said: “The life of a girl was changed traumatically on the night of Wednesday, May 29. The dangerous person responsible for those injuries that change life remain in our streets, and people know who squeezed the trigger.

“This research is not slowing down. We need to know about those who have information about the identity of an individual seen on a motorcycle in Kingsland High Street at the time of this crime, or if someone has seen the same model of Ducati monster.

“We recognize that people may be worried about sharing information, but it is imperative to do it. They do not need to talk directly to the police.

“They can communicate with the independence beneficial organization Crimetoppers, anonymously, at 0800 555 111. Alternatively, they can contact our officers through 101, citing 8082/29 of May.”
