Pedestrians seriously injured in a clash in North Phoenix; closed intersection

Phoenix (azfamily) – A man is in the hospital after being hit by a vehicle in North Phoenix at dawn on Thursday, which makes an intersection completely closed.

Phoenix police officers responded to the accident just after 6 am nearby 35th Avenue and Peoria Avenue.

The pedestrian had serious injuries after being hit by a vehicle, and was taken to the hospital with injuries that threaten life.

A sergeant on the scene confirmed that this is a success, since the vehicle involved did not remain in the scene. The initial information suggested that the suspicious vehicle was a small white car.

The intersection is closed in all directions as the police investigate. Drivers are recommended to completely avoid the area.

There is no estimated time for the roads to open again, but the police said the closure will affect the morning trip.
