Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Land in Florida after the prohibition of traveling in Romania | News from the world

Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan have landed in Florida in the United States after a prohibition of traveling in Romania, said a spokesman for the influencers.

The Tates landed at Fort Lauderdale on a private plane around 11:30 am local time, added its representative Matea Petrescu.

The brothers, who defend the president of the United States Donald TrumpThey face positions in Romania of human trafficking, inappropriate sexual behavior and money laundering, as well as to begin a group of organized crimes.

The self -denominated misogynos are nationally dual from the United Kingdom and the United States whose controversial views are widely shared in social media platforms such as Tiktok and X.

His arrival at Fort Lauderdale occurs after Financial Times reported last week that the Trump administration had pressed to its Romanian counterparts to relieve restrictions to the brothers while facing charges.

Romanian Foreign Minister Emil Huzeanu said the Tates were mentioned during his brief corridor meeting with Trump’s special envoy Richard Grenelll at the Munich Security Conference earlier this month.

Romanian prosecutors then said they had approved a request for Andrew Tate, 38, to travel outside the country, waiting for the result of criminal investigation.

The couple had been released from house arrest, but they were not allowed to leave the country and be asked to regularly be registered.

“The request to change the obligation not to leave Romania It was approved, “prosecutors said in a statement on Thursday.

“All other obligations have been maintained, including the requirement to consult with the judicial authorities every time they are called.”

A spokeswoman for the Tates told Sky News that the Romanian courts had decided that all their assets will return with the brothers.

This includes restoring its property of all previously frozen bank accounts, five properties, six cars, including two audience and a Ferrari, and company’s shares. Some assets will remain under caution seizures, according to the court ruling.

The brothers are fighting a series of legal battles not only in Romania, but also in the United Kingdom and the United States.

They have consistently denied any irregularity in relation to all the legal actions that take place.

The Tates grew up in Luton and have millions of followers on social networks. Andrew Tate also appeared in the United Kingdom version of Big Brother in 2016.

The couple is often criticized for their misogynist views online, particularly because they have a predominantly young male audience.

Several prohibited Twitter accounts have been restored by ELON ALMIZCLE. Tate was among those brought on November 18, 2022 after Musk took over and renamed him X.

A British court ruled in March that the brothers are also under a European arrest warrant and will be extradited in the United Kingdom, where Bedfordshire police are investigating the accusations of rape and trafficking in persons, after the Romanian trial procedures ended for a separate investigation.

A recent demand filed in Florida accuses Tate’s brothers as a conspiracy of forcing a woman to sex work, attracting Romania and defamed her after her testimony to the Romanian authorities. The Tate brothers had previously sued her by defamation in 2023.

Four British women who claim that they were raped and coercive controlled by Andrew Tate said they have been “retraumatized” by today’s events.

“It is clear that there is now an important risk that criminal prosecution for their alleged crimes in Romania does not continue, and he can use this development as an opportunity to harass more and intimidate witnesses and their accusers, as well as continue spreading a violent and misogynist doctrine worldwide,” said the alleged victims in a joint statement.

Tate faces the civil action presented by women in the Superior Court. He denies the accusations and has threatened to persecute women for defamation.

Matthew July, his lawyer at McCue Jury & Partners, said: “The news that the Trump administration pressure has led Andrew Tate, and his brother Tristan, that his authorities are allowed to leave Romania at the same time is unpleasant and dismayer.”

He added: “The United Kingdom Government knew that this could happen more than a week ago. The fact that nothing has been done to avoid being worrying. One one can expect to now take measures. Since this prime minister Starmer is today in the United States to meet with President TrumpMaybe your team can take the opportunity to raise this problem. “
