Tyler the creator teased their seventh studio album CHROMOKOPIA about two weeks ago via social media, generating excitement among her devoted fan base. Early release on Monday morning (October 28), CHROMOKOPIA It is currently a hot topic of discussion on the X platform and fans are giving their first reviews.

the release of CHROMOKOPIA was unexpected for Tyler, The Creator fans, and the unconventional yet eye-catching release immediately caught their attention. Following the release of the well-received first single “Noid,” along with a video for the song, fan anticipation was noticeably high across multiple channels.

With a release on Monday, Tyler, The Creator looks to disrupt the usual Friday music release schedule, with the intention of having fans sit with the project all week and not compete with dozens of releases.

During our first listen to the album, Tyler’s layered production and comfort between R&B inflection and straight-up rap showcase the full scope of his artistry. There’s a theme we pick up early on, embodied in the aforementioned single “Noid,” in which T struggles with the pitfalls of fame and the paranoia it inspires in him.

Continuing his talk about big money CALL IF YOU ARE LOSTT offers some boasts that highlight his financial position, but as he demonstrated on his debut studio album, T’s production style has only evolved to a level where he has few peers, especially from his generation.

Another refreshing angle on CHROMOKOPIA It’s Tyler’s mother who appears on the album encouraging her son to keep his wits, just as she did on T’s previous album in “MOMMA TALK.”

The album addresses several topics, including abortion on the song “Hey Jane” and the curse of false bravado that T examines on “Take Your Mask Off.”

At X, the reactions to CHROMOKOPIA They are still coming and we have shared some of them below.
