5 metals that are dangerous to humans and why

According to the World Health Organization, inorganic arsenic is found in the groundwater of several countries, including Argentina, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Chile, China, India, Mexico, Pakistan, the United States of America and Vietnam. Drinking that water or consuming crops irrigated with that water is how arsenic enters our body. Additionally, arsenic is used industrially as an alloying agent. Both inorganic and organic arsenic are harmful to our health, with the former being more toxic than the latter. Prolonged exposure to arsenic can cause poisoning and cancers of the bladder, lungs and skin.
