Recently filed court documents say Dalton now faces a separate charge of domestic violence. The documents, filed Oct. 3, say Dalton grabbed a woman by the neck during an argument inside a West Fargo home. The woman told police she couldn’t breathe. Police noted seeing red marks on the woman’s neck. Court records say a child inside the home was the one who called 911. However, Dalton told officers nothing physical happened between him and the woman. Dalton’s next court appearance on the domestic violence charge will be Nov. 13.

Criminal case records within the state of North Dakota also show that on October 30, a warrant was filed for Dalton’s arrest in connection with a felony charge of unlawful possession of a firearm.
