Two most made arrests after man dies in Cheltenham’s car accident

Two other people have been arrested under suspicion of causing death for driving dangerously after a car accident.

Theo Welsh, 36, died in the accident at the A40 Benhall roundabout in Cheltenham, Gloudeshire, around 00:40 GMT on Sunday.

In an update on Monday, the police said that two more people from Gloucester, a woman in her 20s and a man in her 30s, had also been arrested in relation to the incident. They have also been released under investigation.

Walsh, from Cheltenham, had been inside a white Porsche at the time of the accident.

Several road closures were implemented after the accident, with the roads later reopening on Sunday.

The Gloudeshire police have urged anyone with information or footage of Dashcam that can help investigation to appear.
