Demand filed against Spectrum News 13 Safety negligence matrix company after the death of former TV20 Dylan Lyons reporter

Gainesville, Florida (WCJB) – A lawsuit is being filed against an Orlando news station in relation to the death of former TV20 news presenter Dylan Lyons.

In a press release, Nejame Law officials are presenting the lawsuit against Charter Communications, the Spectrum News 13 matrix company, where Dylan was working as a reporter when he was shot dead in February 2023.

The lawsuit states that the company neglected security and put journalists in danger.

Tomorrow a press conference will be held at 3:30 pm in Orlando to discuss the demand.
