Former firefighter, adopted father sentenced for sexual crimes against children

Toledo, Ohio (WTVG) – a former firefighter and adoptive father of Maumee, who said the FBI admitted that committing sexual acts against young children was sentenced in his federal case on Thursday.

The authorities carried out a search warrant at Chesser’s Maumee’s house on August 30, 2023. The Department of Justice says he agreed an interview in which he allegedly admitted to having committed sexual acts against several children, including a 2 -year -old boy and a 3 -year -old boy. , as well as seeing pornography with children. The FBI says he admitted to having consumed child pornography for more than 10 years.

The criminal complaint alleges that Chesser communicated with an undercover FBI agent in Kik throughout August 2023. During those conversations, Chesser supposedly described sexual acts with a minor in detail and sent naked images of minors to the agent. Kik provided IP addresses associated with Chesser’s account to the FBI after the agents issued a summons.
