Hizar Hanif: Birmingham position for dangerous driving after the death of man in the car

A man has been accused of causing death for driving dangerously after a man in a stationary car died in an accident in Birmingham.

Hizar Hanif, 31, was sitting in the vehicle when he was hit by an Audi in Soho Road, Handsworth, on February 18.

A woman was seriously injured in the accident.

Mohammed Ali, 26, by Robert Road in the city, was also accused of causing serious injuries for driving dangerously and assaulting an emergency worker and must appear before the Birmingham magistrates court on February 12.
