2 seriously injured, 1 arrested after shooting in tampa

Tampa, Florida – A man was arrested for attempted murder after shooting two women in Tampa on Sunday, according to the deputies.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff said on January 26, the agents were notified of Fowler Avenue shooting around 3:40 am

When they arrived in the area, they found two women who had received shots. Both were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

During an investigation, the detectives identified Addy Ortuno Arroyo, 20, as suspicious after learning that he was involved in an altercation with the two women.

Ortuno Arroyo was arrested on January 30 and detained without incident.

  • Attempt at murder in the premeditated firearm in the first degree: great body damage (X2)

This is still an ongoing investigation.
