Case of disobedience against Atishi’s day before Delhi’s elections, his answer

Less than 24 hours for the surveys of the Delhi Assembly, there has been a police case against Prime Minister Atishi. The leader of the AAM AADMI party (AAP) has been appointed in a case of disobedience registered at the Govindpuri Police Station under section 223 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Delhi police said in X that Mrs. Atishi, a candidate for Kalkaji’s AAP, was stopped at Fateh Singh Marg with 50-70 people and 10 vehicles. They were asked to vacate according to the survey code guidelines, but they refused, police said.

The case, it was learned, was recorded after a supporter of Atishi slapped a policeman in a video of the Cavalcade of the main minister.

In a strong response to the police movement, the AAP leader claimed that the members of the Ramesh Bidhuri family, Kalkaji BJP candidate, were openly mocking the vote code, but measures were not being taken. “The Electoral Commission is incredible. Ramesh Bidhuri family members are openly mocking the model code of behavior and there are no actions. I complained to the Police and the Electoral Commission and registered a case against me,” he said in a position In X.

The National Coordinator of AAP, Arvind Kejriwal, intervened. He claimed that now is the “official post” of the Police and the Electoral Commission of Delhi to support the “hooliganism” of BJP against AAP and protect them while distributing liquors and money. “If someone stops them, they will be charged under a case of work obstruction,” he said.

Police sources said the scrutiny was over when Mrs. Atishi was going around the town of Govindpuri with her supporters. They also accused her of arguing with the executive magistrate headed by the flying team. Flying squadrons are teams that take energetic measures against the violations of the survey code.
