Las Vegas police are looking for a hit driver who seriously injured the cyclist

Las Vegas, Nev. (Fox5) -The Vegas police are looking for a driver involved in an outrage that left a cyclist fighting for his life on Tuesday night.

According to LVMPD, an unidentified SUV hit a cyclist who rides near a crosswalk marked in Charleston and Hinson Street, near Valley View around 7:33 pm, the SUV fled the area.

Police believe that the SUV can be a Chevrolet Tahoe or GMC Yukon of silver or gold.

The medical teams that arrived found the cyclist and transported the 58 -year -old man to a UMC trauma by ambulance, where their wounds were determined that they are potentially mortal.

The accident remains under investigation.
