Grateful that everyone was fine and it was really great to see strangers jump and work as a team to keep everyone safe on our flight to Houston. But it is honestly so disappointing to know that they are choosing not to press the charges against this manic after putting everyone in danger. Do better

“I was shouting in several languages, hitting the window, lying down and trying to kick it,” Passenger Tanner Phillips He told ABC News. “A couple of boys were needed to secure their arms.”

Other witnesses also reported what happened and their reactions. Some thought it could have been suffering a mental health crisis.

“It was absolutely chaotic. The scariest thing I’ve happened, ”said passenger Jessica Brown to Fox26. “… I was so grateful that my husband and the other men jump immediately, so he did not break the second panel of the window. We were wearing shoes and belts, headphones, just to restrict it.”
