The ex -husband of a mother stripped “It All Lies”, since he was expelled from the court after his thug XL took out a maintenance man in a caravan park. Vanessa Brennan’s dog, Stan, clung to the worker’s leg and saved him with up to 20 vicious snacks, leaving him for fear that the limb would have to be amputated.

In contrast to the behavior of his former partner, he sat crying and apologized at the dock after the incident took her with a criminal record. The unfortunate episode took place while the couple fought against the hangover after a drunken night.

Liverpool Crown Court Listened today, on Friday, which Christopher Steele had previously worked at Edwards Leisure Park in Towyn, North Wales, for 33 years and was taking a reading of a gas meter next to Brennan’s plot on the site around 10 Tomorrow of June 22 of last year.

While he did, he realized the 41 -year -old man, Snaefell Avenue in Old swanOpening the door to his caravan, at whose stage his dog headed on a high line for him and “quickly seized” his left leg.

Zahra Baqri, prosecuting, described how “he really felt scared for his life” like the XL bully “repeatedly bit his flesh.” At this stage, the former Brennan partner shouted “It’s All Lies” of the Public Gallery.

Judge David Swinneton ordered him to leave the Court Chamber as a result of this outbreak. The man forced this request, but added “I can’t listen to lies” when he left.

Meanwhile, Brennan cried on the dock and said “Sorry.” When the judge told him that “it was not his fault”, the mother of Tres replied “is” before being reassured: “It is not your fault that has behaved like this in my courtroom.”

Mrs. Baqri continued to open the facts of the case, telling the Court how Mr. Steele had “desperately tried” from Stan’s attack, but “he felt trapped” and remained “nowhere to turn.” Brennan also “made desperate attempts” to contain his pet before the dog finally released his grip

This allowed the victim to jump on a fence and flee to her truck, and it was said that the defendant was “extremely distressed and annoying” when she approached the vehicle to control her well -being. However, her then husband remained inside the caravan “due to a hangover”, and the couple “recovered” after a starting night the previous night.

He then attended the hospital after maintaining “between 12 and 17 sharp wounds” and an “large open tear” on his ankle. In a statement that was read to the Court in his name, he said that he had suffered 20 sharp wounds and that he was taking a cocktail of medications “just to sleep and spend the day.”

The plaintiff also reported that he has been a “horrible scar” and “can no longer wear shorts” before this. Meanwhile, Mr. Steele says he has “concerns that he can lose his leg” and suffer of nightmares in which he imagines “trying to get the jaws from a child’s throat dog.”

Subsequently, the Merseyside police attended Brennan’s speech on August 21 to seize Stan, who has since been destroyed. Under an interview, “the incident minimized” the detectives and accused the victim of “trying to hit the dog with a stick.”

She remembered that she had taken the thug XL, who described “excitable”, out of his leadership and stopped taking him as he took him to the caravan. Brennan, who has no previous convictions, also said he had not seen Stan biting Mr. Steele.

Peter White, defending, said in his name: “During the course of the unfortunate attack, Mrs. Brennan made efforts, perhaps useless efforts, to try to stop him. The dog was clearly dangerous, but he was not very aware of the danger that was raised.

“She is full of remorse for the wounds caused to Mr. Steele. He has been going to the caravan park for several years. She knows this gentleman. I wouldn’t want any evil to do so.

“There are several people who depend on Mrs. Brennan. She is doing everything possible in a difficult situation. She has affectionate responsibilities. There may have been problems with respect to her husband. Now they are separated.”

Brennan admitted to being the owner of a dangerous dog that caused injuries. It must be sentenced today, but the case was postponed to assess whether it is suitable to maintain the ownership of its two mixed bully dogs XL.

Judge Swinneton said: “Having like like that comes with great responsibility. By definition, they are a dangerous race. We have all read the stories. People are killed by them. I need to be completely sure that you are an adequate person.
