Nieto stab to Hyderab industrialists to death by real estate dispute

An 86 -year -old industrialist, VC Janardhan Rao, was allegedly killed by his grandson, K Kirti Teja, for a real estate dispute in Hyderabad. Teja also wounded his mother during the incident.

An 86 -year industrial was allegedly killed in his residence for his grandson for a real estate dispute. The victim suffered multiple white wounds, police said Sunday.

The incident occurred on the night of February 6 when the defendant, K Kirti Teja (28 years old), “attacked” his grandfather, VC Janardhan Rao, president and managing director of the Veljan group based in the city, with a knife , what resulted in their immediate death, they said.

The defendant also stabbed his mother when she tried to intervene. She suffered wounds and was admitted to a hospital, said Panjaguta police, added that she was subsequently arrested on Saturday.

Teja and her mother, who live in another part of the city, visited Rao’s house in Somajiguda on Thursday. While she went for coffee, a discussion between tile and rao broke out about the distribution of her property, police said.

Tile took a knife and “attacked” his grandfather, accusing him of being indifferent to him from childhood and “refusing” to distribute the property, police said, citing preliminary investigations.

When asked about the reports that the victim was allegedly stabbed more than 70 times, the police declared that there were multiple white weapon wounds and that the exact number would be confirmed based on the post mortem exam report (PME).

The defendant had recently returned to Hyderabad from the United States after completing his mastery, police said.

Based on a complaint, there was a case of murder against the defendant, and was arrested, the police added. Additional investigation is ongoing.
