Former Hochul assistant faces new positions in the case of China

A former assistant of two governors in New York and her husband face additional charges in a claim that acted as an agent of the Chinese government, prosecutors said. Linda Sun and Chris Hu declared themselves innocent in the Federal Court of Brooklyn.

Prosecutors expanded money laundering charges against both, while Hu faces three new positions.
