Unoccupied judgment date for the man accused of sex with teenager | News

A Judge of the Supreme Court annulled a trial date for a man accused of having sex with a minor.

The illegal sex trial of Antion Thompson began on February 17.

But Judge Gregory Hilton annulled the date after prosecutors said they proceeded with another case on that date.

Thompson, which is on bail, is scheduled to return to the Court on February 27 for an accessory hearing.

Prosecutors claim that Thompson, 40, had sex with a 15 -year -old girl on November 18, 2023. The girl could not give her consent because she is less than 16 years old.
