Abhinav Chandrachud mentioned the matter before a bank headed by the president of the Supreme Court of India, Sanjiv Khanna, requesting an urgent hearing. He informed the Bank that there had been multiple firs against Allahbadia and that Assam’s police had convened it on Friday, reported for the times of India.

However, a bank comprised of Judge Sanjiv Khanna and Judge Sanjay Kumar declared that it does not allow the oral mention of the cases of urgent list, despite the application of Chandrachud.

Ranveer Allahbadia presented a petition in the Supreme Court on Friday, seeking to merge multiple complaints from all over India regarding her comments about the Latent Indian.

“I have assigned the bank, and it will appear (before a bank) in two or three days,” said the CJI when Chandrachud said that Guwahati’s police had summoned Allahbadia to interrogate.

Guwahati police registered a FIR On February 10 against five youtubers and content creators, Samay Raina, Apas Makhija, Jaspreet Singh, Ashish Chanchlani and Ranveer Allahbadia, for “promoting obscenity and participating in a sexually explicit and vulgar discussion,” said Assam’s Prime Minister, Assam’s Prime Minister, Assam’s Prime Minister, Assam’s Prime Minister said Himanta Biswa Sarma.

Who is Abhinav Chandrachud?

Among his publications are representatives: conversations with judges of the Supreme Court of India 1980-1989 (2018) and the Republic of Rhetoric: freedom of expression and the constitution of India (2017). Several Indian publications have published their opinion writings.
  7. In his farewell direction, former CJI Dy Chandrachud shared a personal story about his two Chidren, Abhinav and Chintan, both active lawyers. He said that once they were asked to discuss issues before Supreme Court so that he could see them more frequently. They rejected, however, highlighting the importance of maintaining professional integrity over their father’s time as a judge.
