Gunman Diogenes Arcángel-Ortiz ‘simply broke out’ during the pensioning hospital shooting, since he received ‘Worst News’

Diogenes Arcángel-Ortiz, the 49-year-old armed man who opened fire at the UPMC Memorial Hospital in Pennsylvania After taking staff hostage in a fierce attack, it was “simply broken” after discovering that a loved one had died in the intensive care unit.

The York Hospital doctor opens over Diogenes Arcángel-Oortiz

In a long Facebook publication, Letor Mendoza, a doctor from the York Hospital, spoke about Archangel-Oortiz, revealing that “I spoke with the man who did this act, interacting with him several days.”

“I was there when we gave the worst news imaginable to him, that his loved one had left,” Mendoza added.

Opening about the pain of the gunman, the doctor explained that he saw his devastation firsthand. “At that time, I really didn’t see a monster. I was simply broken, ”he wrote.

He revealed that he shared his own personal loss experience with Archangel-Ortiz.

According to him, they developed a human connection when “he showed us photos of his loved one, a gift of commitment to a beautiful necklace and pink and white clock, which I thanked him for sharing and thanked me for sharing mine.”

Mendoza also declared that he would never have anticipated or thought of him by committing something like this. However, the doctor emphasized that loneliness, fatigue, pain and lack of social and mental health support services cause gaps for which people can fall. “And when they do, the consequences can be catastrophic.”

Prosecutors refuse to reveal Archangel-Ortiz’s relationship with the person
