Harris County deputies go ahead with an incorrect road driver in East Freeway

A bad road driver in East Freeway entered a frontal collision with a vehicle of the Harris County Sheriff’s office on Tuesday morning.

What we know:

According to Sergeant Bondurant, around 1:30 am, the agents received multiple calls on an incorrect road driver in the direction of the main lanes west of the East Highway, near North Main, in the Highlands area.

Two agents in a patrol vehicle reached where the driver was and crashed with them, the authorities say. HCSO officials say that the deputies’ vehicle had their emergency lights on.

Both the deputies and the driver were not seriously injured.

The deputies tried to help the driver and then arrested him.

Sergeant Bondurant determined that the driver was intoxicated and that is what made him conduct the wrong way.

It was reported that the suspect was about 20 years old.
