Dui’s Enterprise coach faced himself, but declared himself guilty of other positions

Enterprise, wing. (WTVY) – A DUI position to a baseball coach of the Enterprise high school he faced was dismissed on Tuesday, judicial records and prosecutors confirmed.

Marty Christopher Lovrich declared himself guilty of traffic appointments in a guilt and promised to pay judicial costs for four positions, including the DUI.

“There were four appointments and two of them were (dismissed) in exchange for the payment of judicial costs,” said Coffee County District James Tarbox to WTVY News4.

Lovrich, who led a 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe, declared himself guilty of an inadequate label light and inappropriate lights. In addition to the DUI, prosecutors recommended the dismissal of an open container position (alcohol).

According to the records, the Coffee County District Judge, Josh Wilson, ordered Lovrich to pay $ 461 in fines and judicial costs before March 18.

A Alabama state soldier claimed that Lovrich had an alcohol blood content greater than .08, which is the state DUI threshold.

The records reveal that the officer arrested Lovrich while driving on the 192 highway in Coffee County around 10:30 pm on January 30.

Enterprise High School hired Lovrich as his coach about two years after his period at the University of Auburn-Montgomery.
