Manchester tram crash: man, 35, accused of the death of the girl

A man was accused after a three -year -old girl was beaten and killed by a truck who previously hit a tram and set up a pavement in the center of Manchester City.

Louisa Palmisano, known as Lulu, from Burnley, died after she was hit by the vehicle after she was forced to leave the road around 10:00 GMT on Saturday.

Rawal Rehman, 35, from Manchester, has been accused of causing death for driving dangerously, said the great Manchester police.

It is scheduled to appear before the Manchester Magistrates Court later.
