The man carried the death of the 3 -year -old girl in a clash that involved Tram and go in Manchester | United Kingdom News

A man was accused after a three -year -old boy died in an accident in Manchester on Saturday.

The girl, who died after the incident that involved a tram and a truck, was named as Louisa ‘Lulu’ Palmisano, from Burnley.

In a statement, Greater Manchester police said Rawal Rehman, 35, from Manchester, had been accused of causing death through dangerous driving.

It will appear in the Manchester magistrates later on Wednesday, the force added.

The police said that emergency services responded to the reports of a traffic collision in the city center of Manchester around 10 am on Saturday.

They said that a van was in a collision with a tram, which forced the truck to a pavement where he crashed with a pedestrian.

Lulu died after the collision on Mosley Street.

Her parents paid tribute to her, describing her as “the sweetest, most kind and generous girl.”

In a statement issued by the Police, they said: “His absence has left a devastating vacuum in our family: she was our only daughter, our whole world.

“We were simply enjoying a happy family day in Manchester when he hit this unimaginable tragedy.

“In an instant, our lives became destroyed outside repair.

“The pain of losing it is unbearable, and we miss it more than words can express.”
