Bengaluru, India (CMC) -Hayley Matthews beat her teammate of the Western Indies Chinelle Henry while the women of the Mumbai Indians walked to a comfortable eight Wickt victory over Warriorz women when the Women’s Premier League continued on Wednesday.

After winning the raffle and choosing to light the M Chinnaswamy stadium, Mumbai’s Indians did well to restrict their opponents to 142 for nine of their 20 overs.

Grace Harris hides with 45 of 26 balls and Dneh Vrinda hit 33 of 30 balls. Henry, who entered number eight, made only seven.

Nat Sciver-Brunt took 3-18 of its four overs, while Sanskriti Gupta and Shabnim Islmail took two Wickts each.

The Matthews starter scored 59 of 50 balls, including seven four and two six, while Sciver-Brunt hit an undefeated 75 of 44 balls to boost the Indians of Mumbai to 143 by two free of 17 overs.

The two added 133 races for the second Wickt after the opener Yastika Bhatia fell into a duck completely changed the course in his favor.

Henry ran out of wickt in his four overs, while granted 24 races.

With the victory, the Mumbai Indians jumped to the top of the table in six points of four games, while the loss fell to the fourth place in four points.
