The Arkansas State Police arrested 2 sought after in relation to the investigation of death in Gassville, Ark.

Gassville, Ark. – The Arkansas state police arrested two sought after in relation to a death investigation in Gassville.

Danny Paul Whitsel, 58, from Gassville, faces a first -degree murder position for the death of Ian Lapio, 32, from Gassville. A judge established a $ 250,000 bonus. State prosecutors also accused Crystal Marie Whitesel for an aggravated assault position and terrorist threat.

Researchers say the incident occurred in Mountain Loop Road on January 25. The officers found Lapio dead in the street of an apparent bullet wound. The witnesses told the authorities that the two men were involved in an altercation.

Arkansas State Police investigators helped the Gassville Police Department with the investigation.
