Washington’s extradited chippewa man faces first -degree criminal sexual behavior charges

Chippewa County, Mich. (WLUC) – A Chippewa County man who lived in Washington was extradited to UP and faces five serious crime charges for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman from the Cippewa County in 2016.

Jarrett is accused of sexually assaulting a woman from the Cippewa County in May 2016 and was accused by the Office of the Cippewa County Prosecutor later that same year with four first -degree criminal sexual conduct positions, a possible sentence of life imprisonment and a position of illegal imprisonment, a crime of 15 years.

Jarrett was extradited to Chippewa County on Wednesday by the US sheriff service to face these charges as part of Surviving justice operation.
