See new food at Footprint Center before the Phoenix Suns home opener

PHOENIX (AZ Family) – Basketball season is back and the Phoenix Suns are back for their first home game of the season!

The Suns will take on the Dallas Mavericks this weekend on 3TV and Family Sports in Arizona. If you’re going to the game in person, check out what Footprint Center is cooking up for fans!

Several new cocktails and spirits will be on the menu, including a root beer float, the Rita “Sun’s Up,” and the prickly pear margarita, all served in a souvenir mug! The root beer soda also contains Jim Bean vanilla.

You can’t forget the popcorn at a basketball game! This year, fans can get a new Gorilla souvenir popcorn container.

“So this is our newest souvenir item. The popcorn goes in the back. It also comes with a bag of popcorn and can be refilled the night of the event,” said Joe Freitas of the Oakview Group. “Rechargeable as much as you want.”

But what about the main dishes? The star of the show is an 18-hour smoked beef brisket!

The start of the match will be on Saturday at 7:00 p.m. See how you can watch the game.
