China’s parents lose the death of death of US $ 130,000 against Park since the daughter did not buy a ticket

A court in eastern China has rejected a couple’s commitment to obtain compensation from a tourist site where her daughter sank until her death because she did not buy an entrance ticket.

The dead woman, named Gao, who was a one -year -old student at a university, traveled to Lushan Mountain in the southeast province of Jiangxi in July 2021.

Ten days after she disappeared, the police found her body already seriously broken down at the foot of a 50 -meter cliff in the tourist area, CCTV state station reported.

Initially, their parents reached an agreement with the scenic zone that offered them to compensate for 40,000 yuan (US $ 5,500).

However, months later, the couple led the tourism company to the courts and requested 950,000 yuan (US $ 130,000), accusing the company of not fulfilling its obligation to guarantee the safety of tourists.
