STREET. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – A man faces charges after robbing a south county bank and attempting to flee from officers on Friday.

Around 11:15 a.m., Richard Meshell, 50, entered Century Credit Union located at 1540 Lemay Ferry Rd. According to officials, he gave a note to an employee and threatened him if he did not hand over the money, while pointing out his pocket as if he had a weapon.
