Two children injured after crash on Milwaukee’s north side

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Milwaukee police say two 5-year-old children and a 34-year-old driver were seriously injured after a crash on Friday, October 26.

Police say around 8:00 p.m., the 34-year-old man was driving west near 81st and Hampton when he crashed into two unoccupied parked vehicles and a tree.

Both the driver and the children traveling in the vehicle were taken to the hospital.

Police say the driver is now in custody and the investigation remains ongoing.

The charges are pending review by the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
