My weekdays are a mix of strategy and action. One moment, I’m immersed in planning how our team can power the next big project, and the next, I’m in the field seeing massive machinery in action. It’s a balance between boardrooms, construction sites and problem solving.

A crucial part of my role is to reduce friction at all levels: supply side, internal, cross-functional, demand side with distributors and customers, and ensure a smooth flow of information. Then, create several opportunities to improve communication, engagement, and develop talent within the team.

No two days are the same and that’s what keeps it exciting!

The weekend

My weekends are for recharging energy and inspiration. I’ll immerse myself in a good book, take long walks in nature, or play with my family to clear my head. Given my background as the son of an archaeologist or my job that takes me to the most remote places, I love exploring new places and there is always music playing in the background. I’m a voracious reader and run a weekend book club to share my favorite pieces. Podcasts like The Naked Scientist and The Empire keep me curious, whether I’m at home or on the road. It’s my way of balancing work with learning and adventure.

My favorite toys have to do with being connected and having fun. life. I rely on my smartphone and smartwatch to keep things organized and in sync, whether at work or fitness. My music system is my escape and fills the room with sound when I need to relax. and my car? That’s my freedom on four wheels, whether I’m cruising around town or heading out on a weekend adventure.

I’m a fan of sleek, powerful brands that get the job done in a minimalist style. Apple’s clean design and intuitive technology hook me, whether it’s my phone or my watch. Bose is my go-to for sound, bringing music and podcasts to life. And of course, CASE Construction, with its iconic eagle logo, represents strength and precision, qualities I’ve been proud to stand behind every day for more than a decade.
