Sacha Baron Cohen Returns as Borat on ‘The Tonight Show’ After Admitting It’s ‘Too Dangerous’ to Play the Character Now

The actor briefly reclaimed his famous character after saying he would not take on the role again in a 2021 interview.

Sacha Baron Cohen is back (albeit briefly) as Borat Sagdiyev!

During the episode on Thursday, October 24, Tonight’s show starring Jimmy FallonThe actor, 53, returned as the Kazakh satirical journalist to mock donald trump and Kamala Harris ahead of the next American elections.

Among other Trump-related jokes, Baron Cohen then said, “Why is that woman on stage? Is it Storming Daniels? She’s so nice!” he added, referring to the adult film actress. Stormy Danielwho claimed to have had an affair with Trump in 2006.

Baron Cohen starred in the 2006 film. borat as the fictional Kazakh journalist who travels across the United States to make a documentary, and the film features real-life interactions with Americans.
