Final payments for the Zozo 2024 championship, purse and cash prizes

The PGA Tour moved to Japan this week for the annual Zozo Championship, and the fall’s strongest field made the trip for a piece of the $8.5 million purse.

First place will pay $1.53 million and three players from the top 10 will compete: Xander Schauffele, Hideki Matsuyama and Collin Morikawa. Sahith Theegala, Max Homa, Rickie Fowler and Justin Thomas are among the other big names making the trip. Morikawa scored a six-stroke victory last year and returns as defending champion.

At No. 2, Schauffele is the highest-ranked player in the field, but he’s off to an unusually slow start. thanks to a quadruple bogey in his first round.

El Zozo is a limited field of 78 players with no cut, so each player can count on a guaranteed payout, which will be distributed as you see here.
