Road closure in Davidson Co. on I-24 from I-65 to I-40 this weekend

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) – There will be a full road closure in Davidson County on I-24 from I-65 to I-40 beginning Friday, October 25 at 8 pm and continuing through Monday, October 28 October at 5 am

Crews will carry out this same closure starting Friday, November 8 at 8 pm until Monday, November 11 at 5 am

The closure is in effect for crews to repave I-24 and repair bridge expansion joints. Traffic will be diverted to the west loop.

Road trip to see some of our neighbors’ best Halloween decorations

We are just a few days away from Halloween. Americans are expected to spend about $12 billion on candy, costumes and decorations this year. In recent years, it seems like a lot more people are putting in the effort to decorate their homes. Forrest Sanders had the opportunity to visit several communities in the center of the state to see some of those Halloween decorations.
