Motorcyclist dies in crash in Perry County

A motorcyclist died in Perry County Friday night after being thrown from his bicycle during a crash, according to a Pennsylvania State Police report.

The crash occurred near the intersection of Keystone Way and Pine Grove Road in Center Township around 11 p.m., police said.

The motorcyclist, who was not identified in the police report, was riding a 2015 Harley-Davidson Road Glide north on Keystone Way when he lost control and went off the road, throwing him from the motorcycle.

New Bloomfield EMS took the motorcyclist to the hospital, but declared the individual dead before arriving, police said.
