Michigan football’s Colston Loveland criticizes MSU for ‘little brother’ antics

Over the past decade and a half, the football rivalry between Michigan and Michigan State has earned a reputation as one of the nastiest state matchups in college football.

That continued on Saturday night, when an altercation broke out on the Michigan Stadium field immediately following the Wolverines’ 24-17 victory over the Spartans. In a postgame interview with the Big Ten Network, Michigan tight end Colston Loveland gleefully criticized Michigan State for its ‘little brother’ antics in the loss.

Big Brother has enjoyed a string of successes in this series, with Michigan winning three in a row over Michigan State in the rivalry.
