David is known as one of the most entertaining cricketers and is known for his funny videos in which he changes his face using filters over movie star songs. He also performed the hook step Srivalli from Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa: The Rise.

Meanwhile, Allu is gearing up for the release of Pushpa 2: The Rule. The film will now release in theaters on December 5, a day before the release of Vicky Kaushal-starrer Chhaava.

Chhava, directed by Laxman Utekar, is based on the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, son of the Indian warrior king Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The film also stars Rashmika Mandanna as Yeshubai Bhosle, wife of Sambhaji Maharaj, along with Akshaye Khanna, Ashutosh Rana and Divya Dutta in supporting roles.

As for Pushpa 2: The Rule, the buzz is quite high for the film, which is the sequel to the 2021 smash hit Pushpa: The Rise. The film, which was released in the middle of the third wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, was a box office winner at a time when most cinemas across the country were closed.

Allu capitalized on the audience and fandom he built over the years thanks to the Hindi dubbing of his film via satellite.
