Person shot on Airport Hwy. Sunday morning

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Officials Toledo Police Department They say a man was hospitalized Sunday morning in a shooting on Airport Highway.

A TPD sergeant at the scene told 13 Action News that upon arrival, officers found an adult male wounded by a gunshot wound. It happened around the 5,300 block of Airport Highway around 4:00 a.m.

First responders then performed CPR on the victim and she was transported to an area hospital with unknown injuries.

TPD detectives did not provide information on possible suspects. The shooting remains under investigation at this time.
