Leesburg man crashes into two vehicles while under the influence and flees scene: police

LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. – Loudoun County officials arrested a suspect following a three-vehicle collision.

Officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop on a vehicle that was traveling at night with its lights off. The driver of the vehicle did not stop and fled.

The same officer later identified that the same vehicle was involved in a three-vehicle accident. It was determined that the driver fled after hitting the other two vehicles.

The suspect has been identified as Miky Mendoza, 25, of Leesburg. He has been charged with driving while intoxicated, hit and run, evading law enforcement and obstruction of justice.

Mendoza is being held without bail.
