The video, on Thursday around 9 in the morning, ends when the madman moves away from the vehicle, which is still going back.

It is understood that Gardai knows the man and seeks him in Northern Ireland.

It is now believed that he is a fugitive, but the authorities believe that there is no immediate threat to public security.
