No competence of the three most serious charges was declared, two charges of deliberate homicide with a weapon and a charge of illegal possession of a firearm by a criminal. He declared himself guilty of the remaining three positions: theft of a light vehicle and two charges of criminal mischief.

Glen has been in Yellowstone County prison since he was arrested in A bail of $ 1.5 million, that Judge Thomas Pardy imposed due to his previous history of severe crime. At Wednesday’s audience, where Pardy also presided, Glen also declared himself guilty of other previous incident positions.

According to the loading documents, Glen and another teenager tried to enter vehicles in Canary Avenue on November 11, 2023, when they faced McCabe. Glen shot McCabe three times, twice in the chest and once on the arm, and fled in a vehicle.

Glen was seen by a deputy of the Yellowstone County Sheriff, who pursued. At one point, the deputy said he shot his vehicle several times, according to loading documents.

The persecution ended when Glen crashed his vehicle at the corner of Terry Avenue and Seventh Street West, and was caught on foot.

McCabe continues to recover from his wounds, and Fusion Fight League recently raised $ 10,000 for a benefit held in his honor in Billings.
