Fully man with £ 2k for controlled voltage waste in Plymouth

A fly has been ordered to pay a fine of £ 2,000 and the costs of other £ 2,000 for leaving garden waste in a lane near Plymouth.

In December, Steven Hawken at Plymouth, director of Ace Plant Hire and Groundwork Services LTD, declared himself guilty in Plymouth Crown Court that tear the waste controlled in Vannery Lane, Plympton, without an environmental permission.

On Wednesday, Hawken was also told to pay for compensation to the South Hams district council and the ACE plant was ordered to pay a fine of £ 100 and £ 100 to the Council to clean the waste.

Hawken told him that he would be imprisoned for three months if he did not pay within 12 months.
