Four members of an online neo -Nazi group directed an international child’s exploitation ring that forced minors to produce sadistic and abusive pornography and then blackmail the victims if they refused to continue, according to an accusation of a large jury.

The four men are alleged members of CVLT (pronounced cult), which declared neo -Nazism, nihilism and pedophilia as its main principles. The accusation arrived on January 17 and revealed Thursday by the United States Department of Justice, says that men used internet to prepare vulnerable children to produce videos of sexual acts and self -injuries.

The men were accused of a position to participate in a child exploitation company and faced a 20 -year sentence to life imprisonment if it is convicted as accused, prosecutors said. They are Colin John Thomas Walker, 23, from Bridgeton, NJ; Clint Jordan Lopaka Nahooika Borge, 41, from Pahoa, Hawaii; Kaleb Christopher Merritt, 24, from Spring, Texas; and Rohan Sandeep Rane, 28, from Antibes, France.

The accusation reveals horrible details about the acts that these men are accused of coercing 16 minors in performance.

Two of the minors are from San Bernardino County, according to the accusation.

“This child pornography sometimes included the use of pets or other children, or the insertion of strange objects such as knives or cactus in their genitals,” says the accusation.

The various means of degradation that men supposedly used to prepare children to produce this violent and sexual content are equally terrible.

“The victims were encouraged to participate in increasingly dehumanizing acts, including cutting and eating their own hair, drinking their urine, hitting themselves, calling themselves racial insults and using blades to carve the names of skin members,” prosecutors said.

Men are accused of exploiting the vulnerabilities of children, such as mental health challenges or previous sexual abuse, to break their will and resistance strength. When the victims doubted, resisted or threatened to tell parents or authorities, men would use various forms of blackmail to retain power over them, according to prosecutors.

This included threatening to distribute child pornography or personal identification information of the family and their family to the public, according to the accusation. When the children refused to fulfill, the group sometimes continued with these threats, according to the accusation.

Rane, Walker and Merritt are accused of acting as leaders in the group by organizing and executing CVLT online servers and controlling membership to the group.

Walker and Borge were arrested Thursday. Rane has been in custody in France since 2022, where he was previously accused of several crimes of exploitation of children. Merritt is serving a 50 -year judgment in Virginia for crimes of child sexual abuse committed in 2020 and 2021.

This case is being investigated by agencies for the application of local, national and international law. This includes the Los Angeles Police Department, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Office, the National Security investigations, the Henry County Sheriff’s Office in Virginia, the Iowa State University Police, the France Police, the France Police Nacional, the National Crimes Agency of the United Kingdom, the Department of Internal Affairs of New Zealand and the European European European Agency for the Cooperation of Application of the Law.
