Houston Man allegedly killed Good Samaritan who tried to prevent the wife on the Metro East End platform

Houston, Texas (Ktrk) – A man accused of killing a good Samaritan who tried to intervene while brutally hitting his wife on a metropolitan platform on the east side of Houston on Monday made his first appearance in the Harris County Court on Tuesday.

After the incident, Marcus Jack, 48, is accused of murder, assaulting a family member and having a firearm as a condemned criminal. Jack had an extensive criminal history before attacks.

The bonus established for the three total charges $ 375,000.

According to the reports, the attacks occurred at approximately 3 pm on Monday at South Cesar Chávez and Harrisburg Boulevard. A magistrate said that the entire test was captured by the camera.

The authorities are still working to identify the Good Samaritan Jack supposedly triggered. After, according to the reports, kill the man, the authorities say he resumed hitting his wife, according to the reports, the gun hit her.

A magistrate gave women a protection order. In 2008, another woman, Jack’s ex -wife, received a protection order when she was convicted of hitting her.

Several officials and documents confirmed that Jack and his current wife were homeless at the time of the attack. However, the documents indicate that the woman had recently sought the help of a shelter of domestic violence.
