Pierre Gasly shares what has really impressed him behind the scene in Alpine before the 2025 F1 season

Gasly was asked how he sees this year for Alpine and said: “Last year it was a rather big challenge for the team, as mentally since the beginning of the year, which was very poor.

“But I have been very proud of how the team has managed to change things.

“The end of the year was quite impressive considering where we started.

“So, there is a great impulse, a lot of motivation, great team spirit and I see many improvements within the team that I hope we can show on the road.”

Gasly is right to say that the impulse is in favor of Alpine based on the last 2024 races.

The Frenchman scored points in four of the last five races and only one retirement in the Las Vegas Grand Prix, where he described third, denied him a perfect ending for the season.
