Arizona pharmaceutical among those sentenced in a fraud scheme of $ 13 million

Phoenix (azfamily) -A owner of the Phoenix area and three others were sentenced earlier this month for their roles in a medical care plot and medical care fraud of $ 13 million.

A federal jury condemned the four on September 5 for conspiracy to commit fraud of medical care and electronic fraud. Fakhuri was also convicted of a position of medical care fraud.
